URGENT REPLY NEEDED!!!

I know this is strictly the wrong forum and that I should know better being a moderator but I need an urgent response....
Collected my Godspeed brake conversion Friday night and got it going on tomorrow....assumed that my car does not have ABS....thats what I've always thought and never really had the need to try it out!!!
Car is 1995 WRX....I thought that these had the ABS gubbins in front of the air box on the inner wing (left hand side of engine compartment)
I need an urgent response to this cos if its got ABS then my alu bells need machining before the kit will fit!!!
Thanx in advance!!

not really sure where it is, I don't have a scoob but try tracing your brake lines, if they go into a big ally block, it's got ABS, there will be a few wires going to it too and will deffo be under the engine bay somewhere, ie they don't hide them under carpets etc!
Apologies if this seems a bit..... erm simple

Cheers all.....I didn't go for the heavy right foot/middle pedal action .....thanks all the same.
I was pretty sure it would be drivers side inner wing in front of the airbox, and thanks to those who confirmed it for me. I can now sleep well knowing that my big brakes will fit correctly tomorrow!!!

Hi Dave,
I believe on the early wrx's you had an option of ABS or I/C WATERSPRAY, so if you fill up a waterspray in the offside of the engine then you don't have abs.
This was an option in Japan so I was told.
Hope it helps ?
