Default Selling an Engine... advice please

firstly, this is NOT a sly for sale ad. I just need some advice!

So i am splitting my impreza, as can be seen in my for sale ads in the relevant sections.

The one part i am unsure to what to do with is the engine.

I think the best way to sell it is as a complete unit, so engine, fmic, tmic, down pipe, ecu etc etc. So then its a complete running engine, that someone can plug and play fit.

Or is there no market for these and people are much more willing to buy a long or short block??

Any advice or tips are much appreciated!

depends if someone out there needs all of those bits, you'll probably make more if you split the intercooler / ecu etc, heads etc

id second the above, best to sell the stuff seperately, may take longer, but will get you a lil more. think you;ll find when you post as a full set you'll get people asking you to seperate them anyway
