Talking AWD not working!!!

Evening Chaps

Now I must confess that I think my 4 wheel drive just isn't working the way it should be.

On the way home over the A505 dual carriageway , one lane was clear and the other lane was full of slush and ice. There I was doing 30mph, and to my right was a constant stream of Audi Quattros, BWM X5s, Range Rovers, all doing sixty on the slush/ice.

Clearly they must know something I don't as apparently in those cars their low profile summer tyres gives them impeccable grip, and Subaru must have left the button out of my car that they press which makes them impervious to any ice.

Must be a problem with my car then!

Did manage to get the back end out on a roundabout at 20 as well, so sorry Mr BWM driver who's up my ****, you can bloody well stay there.

Speaking of BMW drivers, can anybody spot the issue with this photo?

I have an Audi Quattro and I was driving on the A505 today (between Royston and Baldock) doing 30/40 in the slow lane too, the people in the fast lane are just a bit braver and a lot more stupid than you, thats all

ps as soon as you hit the brakes -- having 10 wheel drive, makes no odds the laws of physics still apply
