Cool

We need to add to our stable of 'top notch drivers' for the return match at Daytona Milton Keynes due to a person, who shall remain nameless, pulling a sickie....

This is the event being organised by DHarbige which is fully booked. Team Weave came 3rd in the last event so if you want to race with a (almost) winning team E-Mail me.....

Cool

Jeff - I hope you're security systems aren't as full of holes as your memory

We actually came 2nd at the last Karting Match

Unfortunately I'm not available this time ( ) so JF is not a bad replacement. I think he's used to having a more powerful engine though

Good Luck

If my team comes in the top 10 Ill be impressed with all you karting veterans. Fastest karts weve ever been in are 290cc and thats only 3 of us Nevermind were gonna do a schumacher and retire you all anyways

Matt

Plantie has now confirmed so the places are all full...

You might try e-mailing David to see if any of the other teams are short of a driver.

Crap...you never said....

:0 It doesn't matter really...

The basics of endurance kart racing are

1. Brake with the left foot, go faster with the right foot, hands used to steer.
2. Stay on the Black stuff and avoid accidents
3. Race isn't won on the first corner (see 2 above)
4. The team who keeps it off the kerbs/grass and avoids accidents will still have a working kart and thus (probable) end up in the top 5.
5. The team doing all of the above and is going faster than all other teams doing the above will win....

Kamikazes need not apply.

Aye, the peeps who steer clear of the pile ups and manage to put in consistent lap times will do well. I think Im gonna go slow in qualifying to avoid the kamikaze race for the first corner as you just know its gonna be chaos.

Sorry, John, but you're not going to win.

Jeff forgot the most important rule - If All Else Fails - CHEAT!

I'm going to make sure the Kart my team gets is WAY better than everybody elses. And that all the other Karts have VERY small fuel tanks.

Ah, the joys of being an event organiser

David

You just know that Bobby boy is going down.......

Lets try and keep the required number of wheels on the kart this time.... and maybe you'll get 2nd (first of the losers)...

Team Weave rules !

Looks like we're going to run a 5 man team....!

John 'Ouch' Felstead
Davy 'I'm Crap' Boy
Matt 'what time is it' B
Jeff ' I'm getting too old for this' Wiltshire
Danny 'What's a Kart?' Peaper

I wonder if the top step of the rostrum is big enough
