Default 2005 UK300 TRACKER AS STANDARD?

hi, i,m thinking of buying a 2005 wrx uk300. sure i,d read somewhere that all these cars had trackers fitted as standard but seller says not. is there any way of knowing for sure, could cert have been lost? never had a car with tracker so i,ve not much idea about this. my insurance company won,t cover car for theft unless tracker is fitted. Also do aftermarket wheels reduce value much? thanks.

oe wheels were just wrx sprayed gold.
so value depends on how much you like the aftermarket ones

thanks for the info fella,s, don,t like the aftermarket wheels "gold multospokes" so was thinking of changing them onto my bugeye before i advertise it as i fitted a set of 7 spoke silver hawkeye wheels a while ago that i really like, think they,ll look ok on the uk300? just hope the the multispokes don,t de-value the bug too much but only gonna ask £2650 for it so hopefully be ok.
