Hi peeps,
On Monday my Wax Wizard products arrived. I couldn’t wait to use the products to see what all the fuss was about. The weather was not the best and I had to wait until today to use the stuff. Being in Greece, I rang the Wax Wizard, Mark Underwood, who as always was very helpful and gave me some over the phone, top instructions and tips.
Well what can I say? I am totally ecstatic. The car came out like a mirror. Unbelievable finish. Looks like that STI VII in members’ gallery now. The paintwork is now silky smooth to the touch. And it smells fantastic. You can smell the car when you approach it. I don’t want to drive it now it’s that clean and shiny. I don’t want to dirty it. The Wax wizard products are like no other product I have used. You can feel the difference when applying and buffing. The products feel classy, is the way I can describe them.
The car was rough to the touch before I started. It also had white over spray from a truck I was following, that line mark the roads. After the treatment, all the over spray is gone and the paintwork feels super smooth.
I gave the car a wash first for the loose dirt, then the clay bar job, which got rid of all the over spray and the crap that doesn’t come off with regular washing, then I used the cleanse to get rid of the old wax and to prepare the paint work for the waxing and then the Subaru wax to wax it. I must add that the car had a very big shine to it, from after I finished buffing the cleanse off it. It was more shinier than other times when I had waxed it. Once the wax went on it became even shinier. I realised, that the key to the shine is the preparation. I spent around 3 hours preparing. The waxing is the easy bit and for protection only. The waxing took around 1hour only.
I used to think that my car looked great before. And whenever I would polish and wax it, I’d ask my wife how it looked. And she’d say that it looked the same to her. I used to think, all that hard work for nothing. Today when I asked her, it was a different story. She said she had never seen the car look this shiny before. So I was not imagining it. There really was a huge difference.
Mark,
Thanks very much for the top products and for all your top help. I’m totally happy and recommend the products to anyone.
Cheers,
Wrexy.
PS, Sorry for the long post but I don’t have a digital camera, so I had to describe it.

Sorted.
Just had the radio and cd changer nicked. However the glass is now replaced and as per by a stroke of luck a neighbour saw who did it and they were even offered the head unit minus the front and remote. Off to the bill now. Back soon and all will be mailed this afternoon. ;-)

Mark,
Sorry to hear your car got broken into. W*nkers! The people the neigbours saw doing it, were they familiar to you or to the neighbours? Hope you catch them.
Just added a second coat of wax on the car as instructed to do so after 24 hours, for more protection and a bit more shine. Looks awesome.

The neighbours know the culprits and were even offered the head unit..useless without the front plate and remote. Glass cost me £129 to have fixed and the police have the idiots in custody and also have recovered my stereo etc.

Well done then. Glad it turned out like that in the end. Except for having to fork out for the glass.
Cheers,
Wrexy.
PS Thanks once again Mark.
