Default whats this worth????

as above looked at it the other day has a few issues.......
1.no history
2.owner doesent no when cam belt been done.
3.srs light stays on.
4.rear disks are warped need replacing
5.clutch pedal squeeks when push and release pedal (easy fix wd?)
6.has a bang on the rear bumper cracked and out of line (could fix myself bit of fiber glass)
7. in the car the blower direction things has been smashed needs replaceing hope that makes sense.

what do you peeps thinks it worth???? 1500notes? any mg peeps out there clued up on the prices. thamks in advance

I wouldnt pay any more than £1500 for it with all the problems.

they ****...........i agree they are no sccob mate but need a cheaper motor to run about diesel.

Then get a 406 hdi, I've never seen more mpg in any car compared to my mates one!

i sold an 04 plate one for £980 on flea bay, they are not holding there money at all, and mine was the 2.5 v6 engine

thx again gents 406hdi reminds me of a taxi if in honest dont the diesels hold there money better than the petrols mgs?

Nissan Primera Diesels are dirt cheap and reliable too .... avoid all high milers as they will be ex-Taxis.

Find a nice private owner one and you will be home and dry.

That MG looks like a chavved up shed - does the owner live in one of those council flats? Looks like Helman Province to me!!

Don't do it!! A Scooby HatchBack will be down to £1500 in 2011 - can you wait til then?

I'd look elsewhere. For £1500 you could get something better. Almera diesel as below maybe? Boring but reliable cost peanuts to run.
