Rusty rear arch bodyshop needed

Hi
Do you do bodywork repairs, I,ve got a bit of rust bubbling the paint at the bottom of the rear arch under the filler cap where it meets the bumper and the same on the other side , both not very big about the size of a jam jar top .I,m looking to have them repaired and sprayed .if you do ,any idea of cost .
