Early WRX/STi sought for photoshoot
Hi guys,
I need to find a first-generation (GC, GF or GM? 'Scuse my ignorance) WRX or STi for a photoshoot for a classic car magazine. It'll be part of a group of various 4WD cars and we'll be doing the shoot in North Nottinghamshire around the 10th or 11th of February.
The car should look standard and doesn't have to be immaculate, but the earlier the better for this purpose, I reckon.
We'll reimburse you for fuel and buy lunch - should be more fun than working, anyway.
Any questions, suggestions or offers of advice will be gratefully received via email: nigelboothman@tiscali.co.uk

Yeah, that would be a flog - pity, the car's ideal. If we get desperate, would you consider a night in a hotel at our expense? Might take the sting out of the trip.

Hi Rescue - might work, depends what else turns up. I'll keep in touch if we don't get any earlier ones in the right part of the world.
Deano - good idea. Got any links for them? Never been in touch with 'em, myself.

I have 1993 import in Bristol.
It's been my daily drive for the past 11 years, and does look pretty standard (the wheels are off a later car). However, the bodywork isn't in the best of condtion, as the rear arches are going ever more rusty.

DJ219957 is ticking all the boxes so far - early car, looks more or less standard, not a million miles from Notts.
Stoff - what colour is yours?
Thanks to everyone...what a response!
