best website i found is interparcel.com
you type in the measurements of the box and weight and it compares all the different courier companies.

i always use parcel2go cos they compare loads of courier companies. As above you put in measurements and they give you quotes.
Be wary of couriers that are too cheap tho cos u get what u pay for.
