Default help with forge dump vale

Hi need a bit of help have a classic turbo 2000 with a forge dump valve(tmic) which started to sound a bit offish. The car has been in for a new rad and cam belt now the question is has the garage done anything. Before it went in im sure there was a pipe coming of the bottom of the intercooler that was bunged up, now it seems it is connected back to the engine do i put a bung back in the pipe and also what do i do with the pipe on the engine side. cheers for any help

Agreed. ask them what the **** they were doing. I do have a stand dv if you after one. Trust me, the car will drive better with a standard dv.
