silly question but what oil filter for my wrx remaped
i have gone for genuine subaru oil filter the last couple of oil changes, ive seen some other brands claiming better filtration etc.
logic tells me they could put more time and money into there product then a bill basic dealers 1??
eg. HKS hybrid, k&n etc
any better over standard?
what advantages?
thanks in advance

The standard oil filter along with most of the after-market versions are perfectly fine.
I've been using the UFI 23.259.00 filter from Opie Oils for the last 3 years. You don't have to spend more on the K&N, STi etc Just do regular oil/filter changes, which I'm sure you do anyway!
