Looks ok, you would have to see it in the flesh, and why have they changed the exhaust? have they still retained the titanium "muffler" as it says in the original paperwork (backbox to the rest of us 
)
Wheels need a refurb too, what about service history also?

£1500 for a ECU Tek Monitor. Looks like a PSi3 unit to me.

Ah the memories of my S202 
it seems fairly genuine but it's hard to tell until you see it in the flesh.
One fault they all seem to suffer from is creaking front suspension bushes but you can either lubricate them or get them renewed.
They handle like they are on rails, the best handling Impreza I've owned by far.
The wheels look in a bit of a state so I'd budget around £250 to get them refurbed professionally plus I'd want the original exhaust system as well - a replacement titanium silencer is around £1500 plus taxes and shipping from www.japanparts.com.
They are raw, handle like a dream and rare as hen's teeth but I think they look best in black, white or yellow.
