Default Advice on fitting a TMIC

Managed to acquire an STi TMIC which my brother had fitted to his Terzo. Unfortunately he didn't keep a hold of the brackets for it and binned them. What I want to know is if the brackets from the stock TMIC are the same? Also what other parts do I need to swap them over if any?

Thanks in advance
