how do you mount a number plate to one side?

Default how do you mount a number plate to one side?

hi all, as above i current have my number plate as pictured below and i want to put it off to one side so the intercooler gets more air, but how do it do it is there a bracket or something i need, also does any one have the brackets to hold on fog covers as ive lost mine and i wanna put them back after removing my fogs.

I put two screws throught the plate and the fog light cover on my classic.

I made a bracket for mine mate,very easy.
