Classic exhaust on Newage help
The exhaust backbox & midsection of a Classic is the same length as the Newage IIRC & its only the downpipe that is shorter on the Classic. If I wanted to fit a classic backbox and centre section, its only one bracket/hook on the centre section that is on the wrong side. And if so, I read somewhere that TSL or somebody did a adaptor bracket to get around this??? Or anyone got any ideas how to utlilise the exisiting centre section bracket which is on the wrong side to make it fit a newage. I was thinking some kind of clamp to go around the midsection? Ideally I need someone to weld on a new bracket in the correct place on the centre section but I'd rather solve it myself somehow.
Any ideas appreciated.

Iv got a one piece backbox & midsection Fujitsubo Titanium exhaust for a classic which Im considering fitting to a newage. As its one piece the overall length may be the same as newage exhaust? I think the only way to findout will be to offer it up & see.

Nah,sell it to me so i can get rid of my Blitz off the classic i have :-)
As said, the classic system is longer,so if you do get around the mid section mounting issue, it will just stick out past the bumper that bit more, few inches etc, ooeerr !

If it doesn't fit I will put it up for sale
But the overall length of mid section & backbox may be the same of classic & newage (downpipe is shorter on classic). So should'nt stick out unless I was using classic mid section & newage backbox. We'l have to wait & see, but will try & make the blemin thing fit! Its a Fujitsubo Giken (Half titanium), the best exhaust Iv had after using: Standad Sti; Miltek; Hayward & Scott & Blitz Nur Spec on the Scooby.

you may need to add a small spacer, a flange for a exhaust with a gasket either side will sort it on the joint where DP meets your centre section,
if you dont your back box may foul the rear ARB( Scoobyworld sell them for a newage but dont bother warning you that they foul)
