Default MY10 WRX-S Starting Problems

Every evening now after work is a lottery to whether my car will start properly. I drive it work every morning which is mainly on a motorway for about 10 miles. The car is then parked up for about 9 hours but when I come to try and start it, on some occassions it wont start as it seems flooded. Any ideas of the cause and possible solution?

I'm no expert on the new Rover 25 lookalike, or Passat lookalikes, but I DO know that my classic HATES it if you even TOUCH the throttle before starting it. It immediately floods.

Try that.

Straight back to the dealer I would say. It shouldnt be having those problems. Probably a simple fix, but I would take it back in.

Sounds just what a warrenty is for. Book it in, get a courtesy car....why even entertain the solution yourself when someone car get dirty for you..,..

Defo back to the dealer. Quick diagnostic and i am sure you will be back on the road sharpish.
