Default Whats Spark plugs for 450HP?

Deciding on changing my plugs but undecided if NGK 7's will be good or 8's. I currently have HKS S35i, which are 7's aswell & in good condition. So should i stick with them or replace them?

Thanks

I thought the higher the heat rating, the harder it is to start.

I have also heard 'stories' about 8's giving starting issues. Better start saving up for the 8's lol.

@ 450 with moderate boost id stay on 7s. No point going to 8s if you dont need to.

What boost/turbo/fuel are your running to achieve your 450?
