Default Quick help needed removing rear strut

As above. I'm in the middle of fitting my new BC Racing coilovers. Front went fine. I've started the back one but can't remove the top bolt at the bottom of the strut. I've removed the nut and the bottom bolt but can not budge this bolt. HELP!

Instead of trying to hit it out, to putting pressure on the end of the bolt, a second person probably useful here... and try undoing the bolt until the tread itself grips and the bolt comes out normally. Thats what i had to do with the last ones i took out.

I put the bottom bolt back in undone the caliper and got a nice square on smack. I'd fit the other 3 struts in the same time it took me to get that f'ing bolt out.

Anyway, all done now. Thanks guys.
