Anything around 340/340 will be a result. Although if you're on the std 440 injectors, that might be a limitation.
Don't chase headline figures, that set up will be a cracking drive on the road (been there done that).
Shouldn't be necessary to run much more than 1.4/5bar peak boost

Running 1.8 bar on a VF35 may be counter productive.
Contrary to popular opinion, more boost is not always the way to go. It is a trade off between boost and ignition advance and the VF35s I have been associated with have given their best a long way short of 1.8 bar. Once you exceed the efficiency threshold you are making a lot of hot air for very little power gain if any.

No real surprise then Simon, asking a 101,000 mile engine to handle 345/350 is a lot to ask tbho.
Still a real kick in the *** when you feel great for the extra umph you have just got then your motor throws the toys out of the pram.

I think it is more likely 101,000miles of oil changes with unlikely to have primed filter and engine before restarting etc and just 101,000miles on the bearings.. I don't think it is necessarily the power.. just obviously it need to be exercised to map it.. so any underlying issue is just going to rear its head then.

****e!! Sorry to hear that mate, although a 100,000 mile P! on a std engine is an achievement in itself. Give David at APi a ring. He'll talk you through the options. A rebuild that'll let you run 350 reliably shouldn't cost the earth!

It all depends Stu on whether you want a forged lump or stay standard mate,it could be around 1-1.5k for a standard build or 3-4k for a forged one.

Been keeping an eye on his, sorry to hear this , I had my 135,000 uk turbo mapped for the fourth or fifth time last week, only approx 300bhp, heart in my mouth, then find out a few days later both my rocker covers are leaking and possibly the centre diff!!
