Default sound deadening removal. Bungs to fill holes??

im part way through this i have the driver footwel left to do.
ive heard thinners are good to remove whats left after chipping the chunks up.

my man question is what are used to plug all the holes?

bungs but can these be purchased? or is it a diy?

How big holes? you can get blind rubber grommets in quite a few sizes, would they help?
