Default WHICH and WHERE FROM I CAN GET A DIAGNOSTIC INTERFACE CABLE FOR V2 STI ?

Hi guys. As per title, I'm looking for diagnostic interface cable I could use on mine V2 STI 96. Which one do I need (OBD or OBD2)? Where can I get it from?
I'm asking because I found an application for my iPhone that can be used as diagnostic tool, but it requires a cable. It's called "DashCommand"

Cheers
