Default Track Day Prep

Thinking of doing a track day in my '99 WRX and just wondering if there's any particular weaknesses of these cars I should know about when used on track (I've done loads of trackdays before but never in an Impreza). I'm guessing the brakes are not going to be up to it as they're pretty poor on the road but I'm more worried about the cooling as I've had problems with under bonnet temperatures on turbocharged cars on the track before.

The car is totally standard and not particularly quick (it's an Oz import JDM car so I think it's Turbo 2000 spec maybe?) and I'm not trying to set lap records so will I be alright just changing the brake fluid and fiddling with tyre pressures or is there more prep needed for these cars to keep them reliable?
