I used them to service my 2004 blob STI for the first 5 years I had the car. No complaints about the work, the car is still going strong. They even went in to bat for me when the rear shocks started knocking about 3 months after the warranty expired and persuaded IM to replace them for free.

I have used them since 2002
always had good service but at a premium rate
they are a main dealer so no complaints

the guy who works in the workshop is great
as is Melvin on the desk
but the parts man and what he said was his boss caused all the crap above
wont be going back again

Personally I did use them until to bad experiances one after the other, i was miss informed when my rear strut knocked on my p1 sugested i only need to replace the one that went even though the car had covered 70k ended up with a bill near on £600 and the car never felt the same till i took it some where else and had it all replaced for amset of kyb's and then the the power steering pump went so had them fit a new one and the new pump they fitted failed the following morning on the way to work, they tried to tell me it happens. Personally I think they were on a blag and tried to mend the old pump and charge me a stupid amount of money to supply and fit a new pump
