Default West mid safari park

Hi all

Thinking of taking the family to the safari park, and was just wondering if anyone else has tootled through it with a full decat or similar loudness car?
Ive got visions of being eaten alive by the lions if I spook them, or being beaten to death by the mrs if a big drooling rabid bear comes a little too close. And worse case senario, there isnt any little monkeys that are gonna damage my spoiler or try and get abit frisky through my window?

Many thanks

There aren't any monkeys (other than those in the cars ) in the drive through bit of the park. Whilst I doubt they'll be any problems with you being let in with the full decat it's unlikely you'll see any animals. They are all quite timid and will run away to hide if they hear a loud noise. Take a quieter car if you can otherwise it could be a waste of money

Perfect time to go, I went last year in the heat wave, i was stuck on the drive through bit for nearly 4 hours, it was just bumper to bumper. You would be suprised the amount of clutches that burnt out that day aswell.

I went a few years back in my old scoob, but it wasnt anywhere near as loud and only got 1 evil off a lion.
I reckon it should be ok though, ill just take my lion mating cd with me to take their attention off the exhaust

I don't call rampaging Rhino's timid !! It's very worrying when they don't take any notice of the Rangers and start charging between the cars

Oh and if you have a sunroof, keep it closed otherwise you end up with a Giraffes head in your car

Other than its great
