More Madness..UK rescue team coming home!
The British Embassy in Tokyo apparently wont give them a piece of paper confirming that the IRC are a "bona fide" organisation...so they are on their way home. Madness doesn`t quite cover it!!

I assume other UK aid organisations are working there, and required the same authorisation from the embassy, so the embassy are responsible for them.
