Default High miles

Good morning everyone, I'm new here so be gentle with me... (I've re posted this, think I put it in the wrong section to start with )

I'm currently driving an Audi S4 V8, but looking to replace it with something cheaper (to buy and run).

I've seen a nice WRX PPP 2005, but it's done 120k miles. How long do these cars go on for? Is it best to steer clear of something with mileage as high as this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nope, right place but be prepared for some bone answers.

Mileage should not be an issue with a full Dealer/Specialist history. All the usual visual, physical and documentary checks need doing. Take someone with you who knows Scoob's.

But of a come down from the S4 but welcome and enjoy

My idea, if all goes to plan, is to sell one car and buy two (I also need a Land Rover to tow a 3000kg trailer)

I hope a WRX may also be a bit more economical than S4

The one I've seen is due a cambelt soon, how much should I expect to pay for the service?

On balance with other cars - certainly Audi, Scooby servicing is painless

Expect to pay £200 for a belt change

I would be think the biggest difference would be getting used to the interior.

A bit like moving out of the Ritz Presidential Suite & into the Travel Lodge.

How much is it?

high mileage cars, the engine tends to be ok but bushes/suspension takes a beating.

It's £4k, would you say that's too much?
