Default Sagging rear suspension. Help please!

I have owned my scooby sport for about 3 months and ever since i bought it the rear wheels rub on the arches if i go round corners too quickly or if anyone is in the back seats.
Just want to know if anyone knows what is going to be the best option to try and cure this problem?
Was thinking if turbo springs may be an option to replace mine as i have heard they are stiffer?
Cheers for any help.

Does it have aftermarket wheels? They could be the wrong offset.

Right, check the following:

Wheel offset, usually stamped somewhere on them, often inside the rim, (not UNDER the tyre), should be 48-53.

Tyres: 215/40 17" is the accepted size.

Suspension: has it been lowered?
