Which Performance Air Filter?
06 Impreza 2.0l R-Sport Wagon.
Advice needed.
I want to replace the standard Panel Air Filter for one that will give me a little more power.
I'm not expecting miracles but i want to make the best choice and i'm unsure which one to go for.
There was a time when i'd go straight for K&N but i've heard about Green filters and of course Pipercross too and now i'm undecided.
I dont want to go the whole hog and put an induction kit on as i understand i'll get warning lights, plus the cost.
Any recommendations?

None of them. Standard is more than good enough. I went through this in detail a while back as I looked for an easy increase in BHP even a slight one. The outcome was even standard WRXs don't benefit from them no matter what people say. Perception is a powerful thing, especially when you've invested money into it.
Sorry to be a wet blanket but it wouldnt be fair to not share.
