Default ABS

Hi,

Is there a speed that the ABS stops working and warning light comes on

or is just my05sti ?

The warning light stays on until the ignition is switched off, then back on and press the brake pedal then the light goes off.

I have a code reader and no codes even when warning light is on.

When the ABS light is on the brakes are poor and can skid, when the light is off brakes are great and can't lock on

Any help would be great

Thanks

Mark

Would a Subaru dealer be able to plug in and tell what the problem is ?
and at what cost ?

or

Would it be cheaper to get another code reader that can do ABS faults
if so can some one recommend one, or a local'ish' person with one that I could come and see (with beer tokens in hand)

thanks

Mark
