fuel pump problems on wrx import

Default fuel pump problems on wrx import

hi peeps fuel pump went on my 92" wrx import, so replaced it with a new walbro, and not the car wont start, could the relay have anything to do with it? where is the relay for the fuel pump? and whats the relay number? any help would be great, cheers

Can you here the pump priming? Take the fuel line of the filter in the engine but put it to bottle with someone holding it crank the engine over to make sure fuel is getting there.

no mate the pump isn't priming. i have got an apexi fuel controller and toad alarm/immobiliser. could any of them be the cause?

try the black connector under the rear seat drivers side , do a live check on both sides of the switch when cranking . they are prone to corrosion and playing up

Hi Mate,
As above - I'll lay money on the connector under the rear seat. Mine was melted when I discovered it, and I'd shelled out for a walbro as well before I discovered it.
