Is the turbo out of an rb5 better than a td 04???

Is the turbo out of an rb5 better than a td 04???
As above really is an rb5 turbo a good up grade for My99 uk turbo or are they the same? thanx watties

Not disagreeing with either of you - but how does the RB320 make 320bhp then when everywhere else reckons 280-290 is the limit for that blower?

The RB320 has a VF series turbo i belive
The RB5 thd the TD04.
