Battery conditioner?

Battery conditioner?
I'm thinking it's time to get a battery conditioner - ideally one which will keep the battery in tip-top shape but can also be connected (semi)permanently (i.e. without having to disconnect the battery from the car). It's a P1 which is garaged all the time and sometimes doesn't move for weeks at a time so the alarm/immobiliser/tracker etc gradually drain the battery meaning I then have to recharge it several times a year.
Does anyone do similar / can recommend a conditioner to buy?
Thx in advance

you dont need to disconnect the battery with any of the conditioners, they only charge the battery when the voltage drops.
these are pretty good

Which method do you guys use to connect the charger to the battery? The reason I ask is I'm considering one together with the plug which enables charging through the lighter socket. Is it worth it or are the standard clamps ok to allow the bonnet to be shut and alarm set?

Space is tight and if I close the bonnet then it knocks the clips off
I live in a pretty crfime free area so I have no problem just leaving the bonnet a few inches open......
