Just taken mine off, and sold 'em on e-bay, they went for only £92
They did need a new inner light, (main beam), which are now around £60 EACH!
They are a VAST improvement on the stock items, especially if you put some uprated bulbs in the outers, but DO AVOID H4 HIDs! Try Philips Vision plus 90% uprated, Halfords Gold BOGOF, Osram Nightbreakers, GE Megalights.
For pics of what mine were like, look here: https://www.scoobynet.com/technical-...-lamp-kit.html Post 26.
Look here: https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-a...mpler-way.html for beam patterns from what I have now, projectors with HID

Just bought a type r sti with these fitted. Drove up the road last night and very poor vision. As the guys say if you uprate the bulbs they are probably better. Away to remove mine as one of the glass is broken and there are a few chips out of them.

They are a vast improvement over the standard lights!!

Those with them fitted: you need to remember that ALIGNING them is all.
I once went to the RAC rally and Cibie had a stand. They had a car with the lights badly set up, showed it off, then tweaked it so they all pointed where they should and the effect was like a couple of extra lights
If yours aren't very good, clean them and then align them, it's easy and worth the effort.

Yes, they do, as originals, or you could buy a set and change the outer lights: they are the standard Cibie 5 3/4" units as fitted to many many cars from Capri to RS2000, still readily available, just get some of those in LHD.
