My05 is the better car, but that mileage is a bit too high. i would probably hold out for something in-between those two.

I've decided against the MY05 as the mileage is just too high, even though it is the better car. I've got to look at future values as soon enough It'll be over 100k miles.

I've found an 03 STI with PPP, tein superstreet coilovers with edfc, dump valve and K&N filter with PPP, 58,000 miles. £6800. Do the mods sound ok as I don't have any knowledge on those springs and shocks.

Look for a JDM as they are far, far superior to UK STIs from the factory.
What bhp/ torque are you looking towards?

Thanks kind gentlemen.
Try and find a jdm STI . The best about, If you could stretch to a 2005 build with dccd and all the toys that would be your best buy.
