Ben Lovejoy's site (nurburgring.org.uk) has loads of good info. Found it handy before I went for the first time, has good route info too.
From my own experience, just aquaint yourself with the rules regarding overtaking on the circuit so you don't get in the way of the bikes and for Christ's sake don't hit anything, especially if you don't have bespoke insurance!
Most importantly, get ready to be bitten by the bug - one lap of the place and you'll be hooked...
