Hi,

Ive tried the search function but it brings up far too many threads to go trawling through for the right info I want. I have a tyre that looks a little low on air, and when checking the B pillar for the tyre pressures, I just dont understand it as its in kg,cm3 or something. Anyway long and short of it is, I have a 03 WRX, modded with about 270bhp and the standard 17 inch alloy wheels with 215/45 Pirelli P Zero Nero's on. What would be the best tyre pressure to run on my car please as I haven't checked them since the tyres were fit and have no idea what they should be at.

Dont know if the pressures are different for 17" but my 18" is 33psi in the fromt and 27psi in the rear.

As you will see, it's a lot of personal preference, which tyre your running and how the car acts and feel.

Personally, i run 17's with Toyo TR1's at 32psi all round. Any more front or rear and she starts feeling a little too light.

I go 0.1 of a bar over what the factory recommends on my 2005 STI running 235 tyres on 18s

2.4 front 2.0 back and the difference over the 2.3 1.9 is massive. Much more planted.
