Has anyone else had any trouble with Scoobynet, regarding delivery times?

Ordered sticker for car and the CD week and a bit ago, and only sticker turned up. Had e-mail saying that I would be notified when they sent the CD.

I don't mind waiting except that I gave my uni. address as the delivery address and I go back to Brum in 2 weeks for the hols.

Can I expect to receive it before then, or am I going to be disappointed?

Cheers
Tom

Tom

Thanks for the feedback.

The CD is a "pre-order" as stated on the shop, as it has not been finished yet. This is the reason for the reduced price.

Even though we would have to pay extra postage (out of the small profit margin we have) we decided to post your sticker seperately so you did not have to wait for it to come with the CD. We then also emailed you to explain the situation.

An easy way of solving your problem would be to email sales@scoobynet.co.uk who will be MORE than happy to help you and gladly give you a full refund if you wish.

Best regards

Thanks for the info.

Webmaster,

Certainly don't mind waiting for the CD, as it looks very good.

Wasn't complaining, I was just wondering whether I would go back home (b'ham) and then the CD would be delivered to my university address (Bristol).

Is it possible to swap addresses, or is it too late?

Cheers,
Tom

Cool

Tom,

Having ordered stuff before scoobynet shop using e-mail and cheques I can only say drop them an e-mail at sales@scoobynet.co.uk and all will be sorted.
