After two and a half years of ownership and no hiccups, some geezer decides to crash into the back end of my scoob, Has to be the most painful day of my life

Ouch, got any pics for people to see? Or is it too painful to look at?
Where there's a blame there's a claim. I hope the back problems are only for a short time.

usually hits from the rear always end up their fault i thought
it is a pain in the ****, i had my 2nd ever car written off (fiesta ) was gutted
to make matters the worse the bloke (older gent) said i was weaving all over the road and caused the crash (as i indicated and pulled off the road to the left up my drive)
luckly for me i had an excop as a witness! or no doubt id have been shafted or a 50:50
hope you get it sorted quickly!
and remeber if they do offer you an amount for writing off the car they always seem to offer a sh*t amount first so generally dont accept the 1st offer
check around for cars close of the same age, condition etc for sale and show them how much they are going for

not sure how much you drop flogging a car cat C or whatever, could check on autotrader etc for similar models with and without crash damage heh
im sure someone here will have a good idea though
when i had the fez written off the 1st amount they offered me i snapped up foolishly
but then i had paid hardly anything for it at a car auctions
shame really as i could have got a few hundred more outta them i reckon
