A kind thank you to pete and Rachael from exhaustsuk for resolving my recent issues which some of you may have seen in one of my recent threads.
I received a replacement pipe from them today, along with having the 2 previous pipes collected at the same time. New pipe was x10 better in both quality & finish as well as fitment. Fitted it today with no issues. I also received a letter apologising along with a full refund, plus a £25 gift voucher. Cant complain at that and felt it definitely made up for the initial disappointments and issues so a big thank you to pete and rachel for going the extra step in making up for the original issues.

 

good to see some decent customer service for a change.
