Default Subaru Dealer Chassis Number request

Hi Guys,

Phoned my local subaru earlier for some parts and because mine is a import they struggle to get on the system to order parts as they have to contact subaru japan or some crap lol If i can get a UK chassis number from somewhere that will let them in straight away and i can get the bits i need.. So STUPID!!

Anyway i dont suppose someone has a UK Saloon Facelift model Chassic number that they would not mind sending over in a PM so i can use that so they can load up the system. I only need some clips for my bumpers and grill.

Would really appriciate some help

Thanks
Duane

don't mean to cause offense or anything here, but who in their right mind would send a Chassis number to anyone?

What exactly would they do with it that would case you concern? With a reg anybody can get the chassis number of any car with a HPI check? Oh and also a lot of OEM's now display the chassis number in full view behind the windscreen now.

To the OP, I believe there are a couple of guys that work for Subaru on the forum who may help. I dont have a UK so cant help Im afraid

Thanks mate,

My girlfriends audi has its chassis number on the windscreen.

I was trying to do it the honest way.. I can always go on the gallery find a UK car and HPi it but thought that was abit out of order TBH.

I only want to order some clips!

1) Find same car on auto trader
2)ring up say you want to buy the car and require the chassis and reg num.

Fairly simple, would of been a lot quicker then putting up a post on SN.

Phone Alyn at www.asperformance.com and ask for the clips you need and they will be with you quicker than any dealer
