only had my car back about a month after I wrote it of back in September had full respray etc etc and have just been hit by an uninsured driver with no licence luckily police close by and done all checks etc and gave me the bad news damage is not to bad luckily wing and light damage to door but does anyone know how I stand with the fact it's been wrote off once cat d can it be wrote of again or what never had this befor any help would be great guys as a little annoyed at the mum to say the least

police said that I can claim on my insurance and then they claim it back from somewhere that is for uninsured drivers but u don't want to claim if they are going to take the car as can repair it in a couple of hours bolt on wing and a door its that minor not touched anything else other than scuff on bumper just dont want to loose it all together as put alot of effort in the last few mths

sorry it's a 1996 ver 3 Sti not fussed about colour just need the parts as will get them painted anyway as just had full respray so will struggle to get a good match passenger wing and door
