Default What's the BEST stuff for seized/old nuts ???

Hi guys. Does anybody know a proper stuff for seized/old nuts?. I know that people use DW40 but I was wondering if there is something stronger than that. I'll be doing my headers and uppipe change and need a proper stuff to treat all the nuts. I've heard these are very dodgy to remove especially when got round or snapped.
Cheers

If you want the very best penetrating type product on the market go to your local Volvo Truck & Bus Centre and ask for part number 1161928.

This stuff is amazing and I am yet to see it fail to budge a rusty component, it is not cheap at £14.21 plus VAT but it is worth more than it's weight in gold.

You don't need to soak everything in this spray, you only need a tiny amount to 'moisten' around the rusty bolt/nut etc.

And before anyone asks yes I do work for Volvo Truck & Bus, but this spray is amazingly good.

Loctite Freeze and Release 8040 - that is the one to choose. It freezes the joint so you get differencial thermal contraction - this causes a crack through the rust so the penetrating oil in it can get into the joint quicker. you don't have to spray it and then leave it for ages to slowly soak in, if at all!

It's a real 'get out of jail free card' - well, it is if you've got some!!
