Got a few questions need answering guys
Do all your steering wheel controls work with you sat nav and phone?
Did the dealer clean off the greasy crap from the engine bay?
How clean was your car generally when you collected it?
Did you find any broken or missing bits of trim?
Thanks
Peter

I had a JVC in my WRXs and all worked same controls apart from Phone

im sure IM or Pioneer have somethign to say on that, you cant Flog a car with Phone prep and have useless buttons on Steering wheel, My view would be if that is so, then they need to fit a Pioneer stalk to something.

All steering wheel controls work with my sat nav (both original 320r sat nav and ugraded one) and the phone buttons work with the exception of the voice dial as the pioneer unit doesn't support it.
Engine bay was fine.
My car was, as I'd expect, spotless.
No broken or missing bits of trim.
Were the bits of trim that you found broken around where they fit the mic for the phone?, or somewhere else in the car? Its possible whoever installed the sat nav has been less than carefull.

Strictly not a 320R at purchase but............
Do all your steering wheel controls work with you sat nav and phone? Yes (SatNav installed by me) (Think your Pioneer "comfort adapter" has become unplugged)
Did the dealer clean off the greasy crap from the engine bay? No (Have always done it myself on previous new Subarus - its removal is not part of PDI as it's a protectant)
WRX STi PDI
How clean was your car generally when you collected it? Excellent
Did you find any broken or missing bits of trim? None (Although did find a blemish in the paint finish of the "Ornament-panel assembly passenger side" which was replaced under warranty)

Do all your steering wheel controls work with you sat nav and phone? ALL WORK BAR VOICE DIAL (but 320bt sat nav is quite a bit Poo IMHO but Okfor free) in negotiations with dealer for a better unit.
Did the dealer clean off the greasy crap from the engine bay? MY ENGINE BAY WAS SPOTLESS dealer even MADE me look![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
How clean was your car generally when you collected it? MY CAR WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN & SPOTLESS (had a bikini wax treatment and polished off 10mins prior to picking up) even better than their show room cars![Notworthy](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/notworthy.gif)
Did you find any broken or missing bits of trim? NO TRIM MISSING although i did find the Blue plastic film covering still on the S/Steel door sills but I easily removed and so no drama.

My Dealership (Cross Roads) would bend over backwards to make "any" customer feel happy about their car. There are limits of course
it's a big shame your dealer is not the same

I have spoken to my dealer today and he tells me the wheel controls are in hand and can be sorted with the correct cable
The broken piece of trim has been ordered
The cleaning I am dealing with myself
The grease on the engine is the tricky one...
My dealer says to leave it on to protect the engine
Subaru tech says they remove it off their show cars as it looks unsightly but have advised that I should only let a main dealer do the task
