Well long story short, since buying my hawk STI ive had no end of problems, boost issues being the latest. Took it to these guys and got 1 of Harveys 20g's. Had old VF43 turbo throughly checked free of charge and all is well which was good news and it seems the cause of my boost leak was a bent gasket on the TMIC ( oh well was a good excuse to get a bigger turbo with the Mrs blessing ).
Complete professionals and nice to deal with, i will for sure be going back.
Cant remeber when ive left a garage with a smile
If any1 is considering using them id say go for it, u wont be disapointed

I have never had any delaings with Darren, but I have to say that Harvey has been very good to me with his wealth of knowledge, and going forward I will definatly be using his products and if I decide to have a run up north I will have no quibble in using Darren to carry out the work

they both like to see results on there work done.

ive watched darren work on my car and others - and truthfully treats the cars like was his own

in the world of sumtimes unscroupulous people - these two guys make it easy to trust them - and results speak for themselves

Darren took great deal of attention to the job at hand, and whilst i was there a 2nd car was having work done, after it was finished it didnt totaly resolve the problem, he then found something he wasnt happy with and then fixed that problem 2.
Honestly its a breath of fresh air to find someone who prides themselves in their work after dealing with subaru dealers who just say its fixed, then 20 mins later you find out its not 100% and ends up requiring mutliple trips to resolve.
So many out there whos happy to take money and fob you off but these really do care, even though its further away then my local garage, guess whos goning to be getting all my business from now
On a side note i now have a spare VF 43 thats been inspected and given the thumbs up by Harvey going for sale. Ill give it a clean up and then make new post on other forum for those interested

but to add. they generally provide a fixed price service, no matter on bolts shearing, things not going according to plan

too many times ive been stung by work running over time, and x£ per hour pricing.

sometimes ludicrous results where idve been better doing the job myself.

there pricing structure just adds to overall customer service experience, anyway no more brown nosing, im sure there are plenty more experinces similar to mine.

they dont need me to sell there buisness - but its just nice to reward people with positive feedback when its deserved

Thanks for your kind words Mark. Cheers also Jeff and Rob. We want to do for our customers what we would do for ourselves but as the customer comes first our own cars seem to have been in the queue for more work to be done for months and keep getting put back!!!

I have just picked my car up from Darren's. It has been in a few times and like others have said I have always been happy with the service.

Infact that impressed I am considering buying a car off him............. If i can get it passed the Mrs!!!

I could definately recommend.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Harvey yet but heard he is a top bloke
