Can anyone tell me how to get the electric window control housing out of the door trim?? I have pulled and pushed and heaved and blew my house down but the damn thing will not budge - there is a slide back and pull type answer isnt there???

Lift it up in the front (it's a b@stid), and get a small screwdriver in, press a bit on the clip that's in there, and it'll let go...one way or another.

I've had both sides out a few times and never had to use anything other than fingers. Pull straight up at the front then slide forward slightly.

 

Thanx all - looks like I will either rip the trim or my finger nails off!!
