The vf24 has a slightly smaller exhaust housing,so is quite a quick spooling turbo, with supporting mods would expect to see 315 -330 bhp,as it is damn near the same size as a vf28.These turbos are quite rare now being 14+ yrs old.
The VF34 is nearly identical to the VF30, with the same exhaust housing and compressor. However the VF34 goes back to the ball bearing design, and in doing so achieves full boost approximately 500RPM sooner than the comparable VF30. . Top end performance and maximum output are identical to the 30,so expect 330 -350+ with good supporting mods

Much as post #2.
In my experience, VF24 spools well with the P18 housing and can give up to 335 bhp with all supporting mods.
VF34 is roller bearing and can do a further 20-25 bhp in the right circumstances. Costs a bit more as it is in good demand.
I don't come across many VF30 but they are a good turbo. I think they are sleeve bearing and very similar to the VF34.
