Not wishing to dampen your mood but I was really pleased with mine for about a month.
Cold winter, some arsehole tuner that left an interior light on when working on the car and non daily usage killed it pretty quick. When they die completely they're dead, no longer holding charge. They really hate being drained so you MUST keep them on a trickle charge compatible with dry batteries. I'd never buy another, way too unreliable.

i asked nick "quote "
Firstly Agm batteries will if completely drained cauase problems, they do not like to be completely drained, the memory cycle is upset and in extreme cases with the other guy above will cease to hold charge, continuous trickle charge is not always the best solution as some units will cycle through and deplete its cycle life overall, couple of other points he raised, they have min 1 yr warranty up to 3 year so why not send it back? also he's got some equipment there that can revive 50% of drained batteries so may be recoverable....
anyway thats he's words copied and pasted just email him any questions he will be more than happy to help / talk nick@braillebattery.co.uk 08454 673707

I bought mine through EDO Performance, was not aware of the warranty Either way for the sake of a few pounds on a road car it's a big bowl of faff that isn't worth the cost IMHO better off with a micra battery and a large bowel movement
Interesting about the trickle charger though as I was told to buy one of these
