Tracker question...
Hi guys, after an answer as i genuinley cant figure out what is better!
Ive just had a tracker fitted to my Scoob, it comes with the little stickers you put on the windows to say you have a tracker fitted, so is it best to advertise the fact you have one to deter theives or are you letting them know it has one so they can source it out and disconnect it. As many know whereabouts they put them.
Or do you not advertise that you have one, so they take it and you stand a good chance of getting it back?
This is a genuine question and sorry if im being thick but the answer isnt obvious to me! Thanks for your help in advance

Personal preference I suppose mate, most scumbags can't read or write anyway so I don't think in the heat of the moment with their adrenaline pumping as their popping your lock, they will look to see what security features are on the car, then again they might! who knows?

A pro will find out if you have one or not without you advertising the fact, a scumbag sees a sticker on your car saying "tracker fitted", will probably rip the s*** out of your interior trying to find it.
Best not to advertise tbh

no signal from inside a container, i bought one but yearly subscription seemed a bit much especially as they kept phoning me to tell me my car had been nicked when i was in it or looking at it, also they break after 4/5 years and kill your battery mine killed 2 before i figured out what it was and went in the bin, don't advertise imo if it's parked on a street the cops can drive straight to it but if it's been thrashed from cold do you really want it back? the engine re-build will be out of your pocket.
