Default Applied model code.

I am about to order some replacement rear shocks for our 300 but I cannot find out what the MY version is for our car.

The Applied Model number is GDAEK8D. I have managed to find a number of threads that give you a break down of the code but the lists stop at about 2000/2001, not much help as ours is a 2005. I managed to find one site that you could type the code in and it returned a manufacturing date of June 04 - May 05 but no MY code.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Jason.

MY just means "Model Year" and is not a code as such ...........which for the WRX 300 was MY05.

Asit says in the blurb......"This is in addition to a raft of improvements for the ’05 Model Year WRX such as a totally revised chassis with inverted suspension struts and sharper-feeling steering for even more precise handling response."

If you are ordering from a stealer they can use your VIN or from a specialist just say O5 Blob WRX 300.

Does this help?
